Do my clients need an account to book?
No. Your clients book straight from your page, without signing up: they enter their name, email and phone number, then choose their room, their engineer and their time slot. You approve the request in one click, and they receive the confirmation straight away.
Can I manage several rooms?
Yes, as many as you like at no extra cost. A room can never be booked twice at the same time. Hours are set per sound engineer, and prices per service.
Can I change my hours for a specific day?
Yes. Each sound engineer has a standard week and can set special hours for a given date: on that day, they replace the standard week. Events in your Google or iCloud calendar also block the slots they cover.
Does MeeCal work for a studio with a single room?
Absolutely. Whether you have one room or ten, the price stays the same: CHF 49/month. MeeCal adapts to the size of your studio, not the other way round.
